About This Competition
We are BACK and BETTER than ever! A new competition format while keeping the same energy and community that we have always carried! Get ready to throw down at a completely new venue with even better events and more vendors than ever before. We are bringing in new workouts and equiptment so prepare for the unknown and get excited for a completely outdoor event in the heart of Metro Atlanta.
This year we will have a multitude of vendors and sponsors as well as cash prizes and never before seen medals and plaques. This is a TEAM ONLY event, on November 8th we will host Coed teams of 4 (MM/FF). The first workout will be released on May 16th and we will see a new workout every Friday following until all 5 events have been released.
Refunds will not be issued for this event but substitutions are allowed!

upon complettion of the 25' lunge after the 9's P3/P4 begin

Rx 150lb two person sandbag

P2 20 Toes to bar

P4 10 Bar Muscle Ups
Each Partner will perform designated calories on the bike and prescribed gymnastics movement before tagging the next partner.
Relay Style

30 calf rope DU
3 log overs

Will have 5:00 minutes to build to a 1 RM Clean and Jerk
1:00 transition
P3 & P4
Will have 5:00 minutes to build to a 1 RM Snatch
Score is total combined weight.
Female Athletes will receive a multiplier of 1.34
Each Station will include
1 45 lb BB 1 35 lb BB
2 sets of clips
4 45lb plates
2 35lb plates
2 25lb plates
2 15lb plates
2 10lb plates
2 5lb plates
2 2.5lb plates
*clips must be on bar for lift to count
**If bar is off the floor when time is called athlete may complete the lift
All Team Members will have to complete a mixed terrain run of 2,000m / 1.25 miles
Teams will be holding a five foot rope.
Time ends when all 4 team members return to starting position.
