About This Competition

Welcome to SoCal, home of the newest TYR Wodapalooza, landing in Huntington Beach September 19-21, 2025.

Our Miami celebration isn’t going anywhere, and now, there’s a reason to celebrate coast to coast.

This year we're bringing back, TYR Cup, our only elite division featuring a head-to-head match-up of the very best in North America vs. the best in the World. This division is invite only.

In 2025, we are introducing a few new divisions! Welcome Masters Individuals, Co-Ed Pairs, and Adaptive Pairs! As one of the most inclusive events, there are plenty of ways to compete. Find below, the division for you:

Division standards for each of the above can be found when clicking the division details on CompCorner.

Registration for all of the above divisions will be via "Open Registration," meaning, they are open for anyone to sign up on a first-come, first-serve basis. No qualification or prerequisite is required for registration. 

We'll be releasing spots in tiers. It pays to sign-up early, as the price of registration will increase as spots fill up.

  • Individuals
    • Spots 1-50: $315 USD
    • Spots 51-100: $330 USD
    • Spots 100 onward: $345 USD
  • Teams of 3
    • Spots 1-50: $300 USD per person
    • Spots 51-100: $310 USD per person
    • Spots 100 onward: $320 USD per person
  • All Pairs
    • Spots 1-20: $307.50 USD per person
    • Spots 21-40: $315 USD per person
    • Spots 41 onward: $322.50 USD per person

Registration comes with a full athlete kit, including a TYR shirt & TYR shoes.

All registrations are non-refundable.

Additionally all community divisions will have the opportunity to purchase a single (1) coach pass per entity before the event. This will provide access to the full event and Athlete Village for all three days. Athlete Village includes the warm-up area. 

Each registering entity can purchase as follows:
One (1) per Individual.
One (1) per Pair. 
One (1) per Team of three.

*Minors will receive one (1) Guardian Pass per individual. Due to age, we require minors to have a legal guardian present in Athlete Village. A Guardian Pass will grant full access to the event and Athlete Village. 

*Adaptive athletes will receive one (1) Handler Pass per individual. A Handler Pass will grant full access to the event and Athlete Village.

Credentials are non-transferable. Guardians / Handlers must be declared at registration and must be 18 years or older. Designated guardians / handlers must be on-site to register with their respective athlete and receive their credentials.

Spectator Tickets

Athletes competing at TYR WZA SoCal will have access to the full event to watch all divisions, including the TYR Cup compete.

Inclement Weather

Please be aware that the TYR WZA SoCal is an outdoor sporting event that may be affected by inclement weather conditions. While we are committed to holding the event as planned, the safety of our participants and attendees is our top priority. In the event of severe weather, we may need to make adjustments to workouts or postpone events.
