Workouts
Workout Flow
• Run – 1,000m
• Ski Erg – 1,000m
• Run – 1,000m
• Sled Push – 8 x 20ft = 50m (Rubber surface + Olympic plates 45/25, sled must fully cross the line each lap)
• Run – 1,000m
• Assault Bike – 50/40 calories (Arms and legs, simulating sled drag fatigue)
• Run – 1,000m
• Burpee Broad Jumps – 50m (Chest to floor, two-foot jump, both feet land past the line)
• Run – 1,000m
• Row Erg – 1,000m
• Run – 1,000m
• Farmer Carry – 200m (Two kettlebells 50/35, carried at sides, no resting on shoulders)
• Run – 1,000m
• Walking Lunges – 100m (One dumbbell 50/35, knee to ground, hips fully extended)
• Run – 1,000m
• Wall Balls – 100 reps (14/10) (Full squat, ball hits target line every rep)
Standards & Rules
• Runs: All 1,000m runs start and end at the designated zone. No shortcuts.
• Completion: You must finish the full distance or rep count at each station before moving on.
• Movement Standards: Depth, lockout, and accuracy follow Hyrox 2025 official rules.
• Purpose: Designed to simulate true race-day conditions — pacing, fatigue, and transitions

Workout 2: Push/Pull Sled Floater
• Athletes may complete this workout before or after their HYROX Simulation Race.
• This event is scored separately.
• The station will be held outside.
Workout Flow:
1. At the start signal, athletes will have 2 minutes to pull a sled for max distance, measured in 5-yard increments.
2. Immediately after, athletes will switch to a different sled and have 2 minutes to push for max distance.
Scoring:
• Total distance across both sleds = final score.
