Dashing Through the Snow 2025
About This Competition
A perfect winter day to show how hard you have been working by celebrating your fitness and competing with friends and local communities. There will be three divisions to compete in: Indidual Rx, Individual Intermediate and Masters Rx Teams.
Both Rx and Intermediate individual with consist of males and females competing in the same divison with their respective gender standards.
Masters Rx will consist of a 2-person team. Gender is not specified and may be any combination, but both partners must be 40 years of age or older.

*Tiebreak score will be the time to complete the wallballs
At the start of the workout, athletes will begin at the start line. At 3-2-1-GO, athletes may proceed to the wall ball target to begin their wall ball shots. Once all wall ball reps are complete, athletes must complete as many power snatches as possible in the remaining time. The score will be total reps completed at the end of 8 minutes.

At the start of the workout, athletes will begin at the start line. At 3-2-1-GO, athletes may proceed to the wall ball target to begin their wall ball shots. Thrusters 95/65
At the start of the event, athletes will be begin at the start line. At 3-2-1-GO, Athletes will proceed to the pull up bar to complete 21 pull ups. Once complete, athletes will move on to complete 9 Thrusters. Athletes will alternate movements with the coresponding reps scheme. The score will be the total time to complete all 90 reps.
For as Many Reps as Possible
On a 5 Minute Clock
3 Clean and jerks 115/85
3 Bar Facing Burpees
At the start of the event, athletes will begin at the designated start line. at 3-2-1-GO, athletes will proceed to the barbell to complete 3 clean and jerks. following the clean and jerks, athletes then complete 3 bar facing burpees. Athletes will repeat this pattern for 5 minutes for as many rounds and reps as possible.

Thrusters 95/65
At the start of the event, teams will be begin at the start line. At 3-2-1-GO, One athlete will proceed to the pull up bar to complete 30 pull ups. Teams may swap partners as frequent as desired. Once complete, teams will move on to complete 10 Thrusters. Teams will alternate movements with the coresponding reps scheme. The score will be the total time to complete all 120 reps.
Note: Teams consisting of 1 male and 1 female will be provided the proper weights for each athlete.
