Every 2min for 12min:
15/12 Calorie Row
8 Lateral Burpee Over Rower
Max Dumbbell Hang-to-Overhead
Single Alternating Dumbbell (15/10kg) to 70 reps
Single Alternating Dumbbell (22.5/15kg) to 99 reps
WORKOUT DESCRIPTION
The workout begins with one athlete seated on the rower, hands behind their back and knees fully extended. This athlete will start with an 18/15 calorie row, and upon completion, must return the rower handle to its holder. The athlete then completes 10 lateral burpees over the rower. After the burpees, the athlete moves to the dumbbell to perform as many repetitions of hang-to-overhead as possible before the two-minute mark. The first rep must start in full extension before returning to the hang position, and either hang snatch or hang clean & jerk variations are permitted. The resting athlete may be seated on the rower during this interval, with hands behind their back and knees fully extended.
At the two-minute mark, the second athlete begins their two-minute interval, completing an 18/15 calorie row, 10 lateral burpees over the rower, and as many dumbbell hang-to-overhead reps as possible before the four-minute mark. The athletes continue alternating in this format until 70 single dumbbell hang-to-overhead reps are completed. Once 70 reps are reached, the team transitions to accumulating repetitions using dual dumbbells.
The workout is complete when the team reaches 99 total reps or the 12-minute time cap. Teams may decide which athlete starts, but athletes must alternate intervals for the entire workout. There is a minimum work requirement of 5 lateral burpees over the rower per interval. If the team does not meet the minimum requirement during any interval, their score will be the total number of dumbbell repetitions completed up to that point.

7 Synchronised Thrusters:
Partner 1: 20/15kg barbell
Partner 2: Single DB (15/10kg)
WORKOUT DESCRIPTION
Before the start of this event, the team must designate one athlete to complete the workout using the barbell and one athlete to use dumbbells. Each athlete must remain on their chosen equipment for the entire seven-minute workout, and no switching is allowed at any point. The team is responsible for ensuring the barbell and dumbbells are set up with the appropriate weights prior to the start.
The workout begins with both athletes standing behind the designated “resting” line on the floor, facing the rig. At the start, one athlete advances to the rig to perform 7 toes-to-bar, while the other athlete remains behind the resting line. Athletes may switch as necessary to complete the 7 reps, ensuring the resting athlete stays behind the line at all times. All toes-to-bar reps must be performed facing the resting line; reps performed facing the wall will not count.
After completing toes-to-bar, the athletes move to the thrusters, with one athlete on the barbell and the other on dual dumbbells. Together, they complete 7 synchronised thrusters, ensuring they are in sync at both the bottom and top of each rep.
The workout continues by adding 7 reps to each subsequent round of toes-to-bar (7-14-21, etc.), while the synchronised thrusters remain at 7 reps for every round.
The workout ends at 7 minutes, and the team’s score is the total number of reps completed across all movements.
RX (Part 2)

SCALED (Part 2)
@9min - 1 minute Max Reps Clean for Total Load (Partner 1)
@11min, 1 minute Max Reps Clean for Total Load (Partner 2)
Minimum Weight 30/25kg
WORKOUT DESCRIPTION
At the completion of Workout 2a, teams will have two minutes to prepare the floor for Workout 2b. At the 9 minute mark, the first athlete will have one minute to complete as many cleans as possible using their chosen barbell weight. The weight must be pre-loaded and cannot be changed during the working minute. The athlete’s score for their round will be calculated as the number of successful cleans multiplied by the load on the bar (for example, 12 reps at 70 kg = 840 kg).
Following the first athlete’s minute, the team will have a one-minute transition period to make any adjustments, including changing the barbell load if desired. At the 11 minute mark, the second athlete will then complete the same one-minute clean effort with their chosen load.
The team’s final score is the combined total load lifted by both athletes. Any barbell weight equal to or above 50/35 kg may be selected, and teams may adjust the load at any time during the transition period, up until the start of the athlete’s working minute.

WORKOUT DESCRIPTION
The workout begins with both athletes touching the plyo box. At the start, one athlete proceeds to the wall to complete 5 wall walks while the other stands behind the designated “resting” line. Athletes may switch roles as needed until all 5 reps are completed. Next, the team completes 20 partner deadlifts, sharing a single barbell.
The bar will be loaded with the following plate configuration using a 20kg bar:
- Rx load is 5 + 20 + 20 + 20 — Bar — 20 + 20 + 5,
- Scaled load is 20 + 20 — Bar — 20 + 10.
The barbell configuration cannot be changed prior to the workout.
After the deadlifts, the athletes perform 10 wall walks in the same manner as before, switching roles as needed. They then complete 60 box jump overs with a step down, with the resting athlete standing to the side of the box while the working athlete completes the movement. Roles may be switched as needed to complete all reps.
One athlete then proceeds to the wall to perform 15 handstand push-ups, while the other remains behind the resting line. Athletes may alternate as needed until all reps are completed. The team then returns to the partner deadlift for 40 reps, followed by the final 20 handstand push-ups, again switching as needed.
The workout is complete when the team finishes all 20 handstand push-ups or reaches the 20 minute time cap.
Time cap: 12 minutes.
