Step into the chaos at CrossFit HUSH for this year’s Halloween Havoc Tag Team Throwdown! All levels - Social and Savage Divisions so everyone can play.
Tag Teams will take on 4 workouts in 90 minutes — fast, fierce, and packed with fun. It’s your chance to test your fitness, teamwork, and grit in a friendly, high-energy Throwdown.
Whether you’re chasing the title belts or just love a good challenge, this event is for you.
Entry: Free to join — bring your best, bring your costume, and bring the hype.

6:00 time cap
Goal: Establish a Team Total 1-Rep-Max Clean & Jerk.
Each athlete works up to their heaviest successful Clean & Jer within 6 minutes. Ony one barbell may be used. The team score is the sum of each athlete's heaviest successful lift.
Tie-Breaker: Highest individual lift.

Synchro Burpees to Plate
Athletes may alternate bike calories as desired, then perform synchronized burpees together.

Workout 3: The Sharp Shooter

30-24-18-12-6 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
15-12-9-6-3 Wall Walks
Alternate partners as desired; one works while the other rests.
Tie-break: Time at end of 18 C2B/9 Wall Walks
Savage: C2B/Full Range Wall Walk
Social: Chin Over Bar or Jumping C2B/Modified Wall Walks

15 Synchronized Power Cleans (135/95)
15 Calorie Bike Erg (Athlete 1)
15 Calorie Ski Erg (Athlete 2 - begins only after BikeErg complete)
Continues as many rounds as possible within 10 minutes.
Tie-Break: Time at last full clean set.
