We unite athletes of all levels—novice to elite, in a challenge rooted in fairness, functional movement, and scalable intensity.
Teams of 4 (MM/FF) will go head to head in a day that will test whilst having fun.
For time:
Get ready to push your limits at our upcoming Team competition, a high-energy, all-levels fitness competition built around teamwork, grit, and speed. This "for time" workout will have teams racing against the clock through a series of functional fitness movements designed to test strength, endurance, and coordination. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting out, the workout is scalable for all abilities, ensuring every participant plays a key role. Rally your crew, bring the energy, and let's see who finishes first!

Designed for all fitness levels and abilities — from beginners to seasoned athletes. No matter your background, you're welcome.
No Barbells or Rig Required:
We've stripped away the intimidation factor. No barbells, no pull-up rigs — just you, your body, and a challenge tailored to be tough yet accessible.
Functional Meets Tactical:
The event combines functional fitness, military-inspired challenges, and hybrid training to test endurance, strength, grit, and mental resilience.
Scalable Elements:
Movements and challenges are scalable so everyone can participate at their own level — whether you're adapting exercises or pushing max effort.
