About This Competition

Grab your best girl and get ready to sweat, laugh, lift, and throw down together — from ANY gym, ANY city. This is your chance to kick off the year with connection, empowerment, and a little friendly fire!

Workouts (3 Total)
1 pure strength workout 
2 metcon-style workouts that test teamwork, grit, and fun
All workouts could be done in under an hour


Athlete Shirts
Included FREE with registration when you register and order your shirt by January 15th.
After that, shirts are while supplies last.

Workouts

AMRAP in 9 minutes
20 Alternating Box Jumps 20” (step ups ok)
20 MB Passovers 30” across Rx: 14lbs / BAM: 10lbs

Medicine Ball must clear box, can’t roll across. Medball must touch ground above head and be thrown with two hands.

Doing the workout in Kilos?

AMRAP in 9 minutes
20 Alternating Box Jumps 20” (step ups allowed for both divisions)
20 MB Passovers 30” across Rx: 6kg / BAM: 4kg 

1RM Clean

  • Each partner establishes a 1RM Clean
  • 1 Athlete lifting at a time, can have 2 barbells. At 321 Go, barbells will start empty. You MUST have collars or clips on the barbell for every lift attempt.
  • Must enter score in pounds

Score: Each person will enter their own score, which will result in a combined total of both partners’ heaviest successful clean


Squat or power clean allowed

AMRAP in 8 minutes

15 Wall Balls Rx: 14lbs / Bam: 10lbs
10 Syncro Burpees
5 Partner Deadlifts Rx: 285lbs / BAM: 215lbs

Wall Balls:
Partners alternate each round.
• Round 1: Partner 1 completes 15 wall balls while Partner 2 rests.
• Round 2: Partner 2 completes 15 wall balls while Partner 1 rests.
Continue alternating like this for the entire AMRAP.

Burpees & Deadlifts:
Complete together as partners.

Standards- Make sure to watch the demo video as the requirement for Burpees are VERY specific.

Score: Reps

Tie-breaker Time: Time after Round 1. You must enter a tiebreaker!!
