About This Competition
The International Functional Fitness Federation (iF3) Masters World Championships is a premier global competition that brings together the world’s top masters functional fitness athletes. Hosted in Brisbane, Australia, this event showcases elite-level performances across all 6 iF3 Tests
Divisions:
Qualified Masters athletes from around the world will compete in age divisions ranging from 30 to 65+, representing their nations on a world stage.
Competition Format:
Athletes will compete across multiple days in standardised tests developed by the iF3, emphasising well-rounded fitness and athleticism. Events are scored based on performance across modalities like strength, bodyweight, endurance, skill, gymnastics and mixed-modal tests.
