The Turkey Day Throwdown is Excel's annual in-house competition! For Excel members only.
- Pull-ups (but not necessarily everyone on team)
- Male Deaadlift 1RM over 225 lbs
- Female Deadlift 1RM over 155 lbs

Workouts
Barbell Clean Ladder.
15 barbells will be set up at ascending weights. Each team will have 1 minute at each barbell before moving on to the next. A power, or squat clean is OK, the lift is complete when athlete is standing up and has control of the bar with both feet next to one another. You may take multiple attempts if time permits. Women get credit for 1.25% of the weight.

90 pull-ups (jpu for scaled)
90 American KB swings (Rx: 53/35 lbs)
90 burpees w/bar touch on jump
*15 minute time cap. Unfinished reps will be 1 second penalty added to score.
*Only one turkey works at a time.
9 minute AMRAP:
3 stations, 1 turkey at each station.
Station 1: 15 Wall ball shots (Rx: 20/14 lbs)
Station 2: Max Calories on airdyne
Station 3: Rest
Rotate stations after 15 wall balls are complete.
