Join us on November 8th for the UnScared Strength Fest. A members-only competition suitable for all levels, whether your deadlift is 4kg or 400kg. Enjoy a day of fun cheering on and battling against your fellow UnScaredians through 3+ events.

Workouts
Each athlete has 4 intervals of 90 seconds to complete a ladder of 5 double KB seal rows and 5 DB shoulder presses per arm.
The women's weights are:
2x12 - 1x7,5
2x20 - 1x12,5
2x24 - 1x17,5
2x28 - 1x20
The men's weights are:
2x16 - 1x12,5
2x24 - 1x17,5
2x32 - 1x22,5
2x40 - 1x26
In 2 attempts find your 5RM zombie Squat.
Scaled: 5RM zercher squat.
During 1 minute, accumulate as many reps as possible of a hanging medball reorganisation. Athletes will hang from the rig without their feet touching the ground. They will move the medball from the left box, to the floor, to the right box - or vice versa - for 1 rep. Women will use a 3 kg medball and men will use a 6 kg medball.
Death by 1RM fatbar deadlift.
Men: 80-100-120-130-140-150-155-160-165 etc
Women: 50-65-80-90-100-110-115-120-125-130 etc
50 double DB feet up bench press for time. 2x22,5kg / 2x15kg.
