Intermediate
- 100 wall balls combined (14lb), one partner working at a time but reps can be split however athletes choose
- After wall balls, 100 double unders each with one athlete working at a time
- Must complete all 100 reps before switching
- 100 dumbbell snatches, 50 each partner, may switch hands in the air or at the floor
- 50 synchronized weighted situps (partners go down and up together and pass the wall ball back and forth to each other)
- With remaining time, complete max calorie row
- Score is calories rowed
Scaled
- 100 wall balls combined (10lb), one partner working at a time but reps can be split however athletes choose
- After wall balls, 100 single unders each with one athlete working at a time
- Must complete all 100 reps before switching
- 100 dumbbell snatches, 50 each partner, may switch hands in the air or on the floor
- 50 synchronized weighted situps (partners go down and up together and pass each other the wall ball back and forth

Intermediate
70 calorie Echo Bike for time
- EMOM starting at 0:00, must do 4 synchronized weighted box step overs
- One partner holds a 35# dumbbell, the other partner holds a 35# kettlebell, each must be held in the front rack position or on the shoulder
- At the conclusion of the step overs, one partner bikes while the other partner rests
- At the top of the next minute, both partners return to the weighted box step overs
- Repeat until reaching 70 calories biked
Scaled
60 calorie Echo Bike for time
- EMOM starting at 0:00, must do 4 synchronized weighted box step overs
- One partner holds a 25# dumbbell, the other partner holds a 25# kettlebell, each must be held in the front rack position or on the shoulder
- At the conclusion of the step overs, one partner bikes while the other partner rests
- At the top of the next minute, both partners return to the weighted box step overs
- Repeat until reaching 60 calories biked
Each team will lift max one rep in the back squat, dead lift, and strict press. Each team has 5:00 per lift to get to a max single. The score is the combined weight for all lifts.
Ex.
Back Squat: partner #1 lifts 100lbs, partner #2 lifts 150# so the total score for back squate is 250#.
The same is true for all three lifts. The score is the total weight for all three lifts combined.
