- Date: Saturday, 10/25/25 7:30am registration, Event 1: 8:15am
- Teams of 2 (same sex)
- Divisions: Beginner, Intermediate, RX
- Prizes awarded to top 3 teams in each division
- Halloween costumes encouraged - best costume wins a prize!
- Register by 10/1 to guarantee your event t-shirt

Workouts
For load, a complex of:
1 Deadlift
+
2 Hang Cleans
+
2 Shouler to Overhead
3 x 3:00 Minute Rounds
Each athlete gets one attempt to hit their heaviest completed complex within each round for a total of 3 attempts per athlete across the 3 rounds. Your team's score will be the sum of each partners best lift.

each partner completes 3 rounds, reps decrease each round
RX: 30-20-10 cal bike and DB front squats (50/35) with 10 burpee box get overs (48") to end each round
Intermediate: 25-15-10 cal bike and DB front squats (35/25) with 10 burpee box get overs (48") to end each round
Beginner: 15-10-5 cal bike and DB front squats (25/15) with 10 burpee box get overs (40") to end each round
Workout Flow Example:
Partner 1: 30 cal bike, 30 DB front squats, 10 burpee box get overs
Partner 2: 30 cal bike, 30 DB front squats, 10 burpee box get overs *tie break time #1
Partner 1: 20 cal bike, 20 DB front squats, 10 burpee box get overs
Parner 2: 20 cal bike, 20 DB front squats, 10 burpee box get overs *tie break time #2
Partner 1: 10 cal bike, 10 DB front squats, 10 burpee box get overs
Partner 2: 10 cal bike, 10 DB front squats, 10 burpee box get overs *score is total time

Standards:
RX: Full wall walks (open standard), toes to bar, power cleans 155/115
Intermediate: Open standard scaled wall walks, toes above hips, power cleans 115/85
Beginner: Open standard scaled wall walks, knees above hips, power cleans 95/65
