About This Competition

- Teams of 2 (same sex)

- 3 Workouts (5 scored events)

- 3 Divisions (Open, RX, Advanced) As requested, we've added an extra divison.

- Cash Prizes for Podiums, we are limiting this event per division, so your chance of a cash prize is pretty good!

- No Refunds after purchase.

- Warm up area with enough equipment to get you sufficiently ready for each event + a recovery/mobility area next door to relax between events, optional extras on the day for access to ice baths, nordic boots and massage guns for recovery.

- Plenty of free street parking out the front of the gym and surrounding roads.

- Next door we have a bakery that sells sandwiches, rolls, coffee and drinks. Woolworths is a 2 minute drive away from us also. 

- Workouts will be released before hand.

These are not necessarily all of the specific comp movements, but you should be able to complete these movements for your division:
