Iberian Throwdown 2025 presenta tres modalidades de competición. Por un lado, la modalidad individual:
- Elite femenino
- Elite masculino
Por otro lado, los equipos de tres mixtos (MMF) dividido en cuatro categorías:
- RX
- Intermediate
- Scaled*
- Rookie*
Y por último, los equipos Master con rango de +35 y +40:
- Master +35*
- Master +40*
*Estas categorías NO requieren de clasificatorio online y los registros serán directos a la Fase Final presencial por orden de inscripción y hasta completar plazas, siempre y cuando se cumplan con todos los requisitos de participación. Una vez llenas todas las plazas, se habilitará un registro de lista de espera.

Iberian Throwdown 2025 features three competition divisions:
Individual Division
- Elite Women
- Elite Men
Mixed Teams of Three (MMF)
Four skill-based categories:
- RX
- Intermediate
- Scaled*
- Rookie*
Master Teams
Age-based divisions:
- Master 35+*
- Master 40+*
* These categories do NOT require an online qualifier. Registration is direct for the Live Finals—first-come, first-served, pending eligibility verification. Once slots are filled, a waitlist will open.
