This unique 3-person, mixed-gender team event gives you just one division—but two format options:
• 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗼𝗳 𝟮 𝗠𝗲𝗻 + 𝟭 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗻
• 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗼𝗳 𝟮 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 + 𝟭 𝗠𝗮𝗻
Expect multiple events throughout the day, with each workout offering Rx’d and Scaled options so athletes of all levels can throw down.
