Here we go!!!
We are looking forward to inviting you to another competition here at NWK Maidstone.
This time we are hosting teams of four with 2 females and 2 males. This time we are going for 1 day of fun!!!
This competition is open for all you every day/ intermediate legends, be it your first competition or you have done a few before. We always try to make it a great atmosphere and on this one we want you all to jump in and have some fun before Christmas!

MOVEMENTS
At least 2 of you need to be able to do the following movements Gymnastic and skill movements,
1) Pull ups,
2) TTB
3) Handstand push ups,
4) Wall Walk
- Barbell movements,
We recommend male team members should be comfortable with 60kg Cleans.
We recommend female team members should be comfortable with 40kg Cleans.
-DB, KB and sandbags
We recommend male team members should be comfortable with 22.5kg DB, 24Kg KB and 60kg Sandbags.
We recommend female team members should be comfortable with 15kg DB, 16Kg KB and 40kg sandbags.
