About This Competition
Mayhem At The Mill is the annual CrossFit Competion for CrossFit Taylors. We like to keep the workouts hidden until the morning of the competition in order to really test if you are prepared for the UNKOWN and UNKOWABLE which we believe is what CrossFit is all about! The true Mayhem that could be life or an obstacle you didn't see coming. . . No, these workouts won't be crazy, but they will be challenging and fun! Hope to see you out there on the competition floor!
