Mark your calendars for September 13, 2025, and join us for the ultimate team challenge – the Ghost Train Games! This event is all about teamwork, strategy, and having a blast while pushing your limits.

Whether you're an experienced athlete or new to CrossFit, this competition is for everyone! RX athletes can earn points with high-skill moves like Bar Muscle-ups and Handstand Walks, but don’t worry – you can still win without them. It’s all about strategizing and playing to your team’s strengths.
Scaled athletes will take on fun and challenging movements like Ring Rows, moderate weights, and common bodyweight exercises, making it accessible for all fitness levels.
The key to victory? Smart teamwork and capitalizing on each member's strengths. Teams that plan and strategize well will reach the podium. 🏆
