About This Competition
Our Team Challenge is back!
We are happy about every registration in following categories:

The registration window is open for you from July the 27th to August 31st - according to the motto first come first serve. We have 15 spots available for every category!
Requirements for RX Division
Weightlifting
Dumbbell Movements 22.5 Kg/ 15 Kg
Kettlebell Movements 24 Kg/ 16 Kg
Snatch 61Kg/ 43 Kg
Clean 83 Kg/ 55 Kg
Deadlift 105 Kg/ 70 Kg
All weights are pre-announced for multiple reps - for single reps it might be heavier.
Gymnastic - at least one of the team members should be able to perform:
Bar Muscle Up
C2B / Pull Ups
T2B
Wall Walks
Kipping HSPU
Double Under also Heavy Rope
Requirements for Scaled Division
Weightlifting

Kettlebell Movements 20 Kg/ 12 Kg
Snatch 43 Kg/ 30 Kg
Clean 61 Kg/ 43 Kg
Deadlift 83 Kg/ 55 Kg
